On November 30, 2023 the Ukrainian-Swiss Business Association in collaboration with Reddytec, hosted an online event – IT Talks, focusing on one of the biggest technology events in the world – Web Summit!
Yevgeniy Protsyuk, the Head of IT-committee USBA and CEO of Reddytec, shared his incredible impressions and valuable insights gained from this epic summit:
“Web Summit – a gateway to the future of tech! It was an electrifying experience with engaging discussions, forging new connections, and an immense source of inspiration”.
Yevgeniy’s Web Summit Highlights:
– AI taking center stage in sessions
– Captivating opening ceremony featuring the visionary Jimmy Wales, founder of Wikipedia and co-founder of Fandom, discussing large learning models
– Thought-provoking sessions on regulations, ethics, GenAl, and building Al ecosystems
– Over 105 startups presenting their projects in various sectors like climate tech, education, and sustainability fintech.
IT Talks was held in a form of a moderated discussion, allowing participants to engage, ask questions, and exchange impressions about the Web Summit.
– Will AI replace our jobs?
– Not really.
– But will it reshape our jobs?
– Most likely, yes. We must adapt and remain flexible.
Yevgeniy summed it up perfectly: “Focus on the value of your services and apply AI where it is needed.”
