We are proud to announce a new collaboration between the Ukrainian Swiss Business Association (USBA) and the Kids of Ukraine foundation.
We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to launch joint charitable projects within Switzerland, Ukraine, and other countries. Together, we aim to provide assistance, help, and support to kids of the war and aggression of russia in Ukraine
By working together, we are dedicated to:
– Providing assistance to kids of the war in Ukraine and Europe
– Launching more humanitarian aid from Europe
– Meeting the needs of Ukrainian volunteers, specifically the remarkable team at “Kids of Ukraine,” who tirelessly provide humanitarian aid and psychological support to children and their families affected by war and russian aggression.
Our collaboration will focus mainly on mental health, education, healthcare, community development, and culture. We believe that by combining our resources, knowledge, and skills, we can successfully implement impactful projects that make a difference.
“Kids of Ukraine” is an NGO established to help children and their mothers. The “SviTY” program they run focuses on the rehabilitation, education, and recreation of teenagers aged 11-16 in various locations including Lviv, Cherkasy, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, and even Germany. This remarkable initiative has already positively impacted over 1000 teenagers who have participated in the program.
The main idea behind the camp is to preserve and enhance the uniqueness and potential of each child. Participation in the program involves various activities such as communication with psychologists, restorative communication practices, English lessons, acting classes, tours, quests etc.
We aim to ensure that the memories of war do not overshadow the lives of the children and families we seek to support. Together, we can bring hope, stability, and resilience to their lives.
