The President of the Ukrainian-Swiss Business Association, Dmytro Sidenko, has provided assistance in organizing the work trip of the Ambassador of Ukraine to Switzerland, Iryna Venediktova, to the canton of Appenzell-Innerroden.

As part of the visit, a separate meeting was also organized to discuss the prospects for intensifying economic and investment cooperation in the field of reconstruction of Ukraine.

The visit to KUK Electronic AG’s production facilities and meeting with General Director Manuel Inouen were valuable for multiple reasons. It provided insight into industry-leading practices in specialized electronics production and facilitated networking and potential benefits for Ukraine. The meeting also touched upon the opportunity of entering the Ukrainian market.

Since the first months of the war, the company has shown unconditional solidarity and employed more than 30 Ukrainians, which is 15% of the total workforce.

KUK Electronic is a leading producer of electrical equipment for the automotive and medical industries.

Together with Manuel Inouye, they discussed the company’s entry into the Ukrainian market. Our citizens gaining experience at the Swiss company will be vital for KUK Electronic’s future work in Ukraine.
